Only worked on hard floor. Wasn't walking and nose twitching on carpet or ears moving. Then stopped working after a couple of days on the carpet. I've had one for years that worked great.

Unfortunately, didn't even work. New batteries out in and didn't work. It was bought as a present, so quite embarrassing!

So sorry to hear of the disappointment with this item. It sounds like this may have come from a faulty batch.
Best option would be to return this to your local store, along with your order details and we can hopefully offer a replacement OR if preferred reselection towards something totally different.

Very poor the product came and wrapped straight away. My 3 year old son opened on Christmas morning, put the batteries in and nothing didn’t work. Very disappointed toddler

Sad toddler on Christmas morning when Santa bought a broken toy, hoping we can exchange for one that works…. How the heck do you explain that to a 4 year old boy who asked Santa for this toy?
