Not actually a wooden puzzle

My Daughter was bought this for her first birthday and like all 1yr olds it goes straight in her mouth. Disappointingly however this is not a wooden puzzle as advertised but a piece of wood with paper glue on top, which obviously is not chew proof and the pattern on both the numbers and letters is just disintegrating and paper is everywhere! I have had to take it off her. Totally unsuitable, and frankly dangerous!
