ELC Organix Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents, over the age of 18, except employees of the Promoters, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary however internet access is required in order to enter the prize draw via The Entertainer Instagram page or Organix Instagram page.
3. To enter, simply, visit ELC’s Instagram Prize Draw Post (@ELC_UK), or Organix Instagram Prize Draw post (@Organixfood) and like and comment on the post and follow the instructions in the dedicated giveaway post.
4. The opening date for entries is when post goes live on 19th March 2025 and the closing date is 23:59 on 26th March 2025. Entries received after the indicated closing date and end time will not be valid. The draw will take place on Thursday 27th March 2025.
5. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. This prize draw is in no way sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
7. The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Thursday 17th March 2025.
8. The prize which will be given to one winner, is a hamper of Organix snacks worth £125 and an ELC voucher for £125.
9. The winner will be notified on Instagram on a private DM message from Organix official account. The winner will be asked to send their delivery details via private message to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoters within 2 working days of being notified by the Promoters that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoters will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com or writes to The Entertainer, TEAL House, Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Bucks HP7 9FB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in the giveaway post. Please state the name of the giveaway you are enquiring about in your email or letter. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing PlayIsNeverCancelled@theentertainer.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy here - if you post on ELC’s Instagram here: > https://www.elc.co.uk/privacy. If you post on Organix Instagram, here: : >https://www.organix.com/privacyWinner’s details may be supplied to a third-party supplier with the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.
16. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
